ELKB IP Protection in Romania: an Overview

Romanian jurisdiction offers a stable environment in terms of intellectual property protection, in line with international and European practice. Moreover, Romania has adhered to most of the international conventions on intellectual property and has implemented, respectively, EU legislation in the field.
